• Contact details you give us directly — name, email, phone/WhatsApp number — when you enquire about or order an invitation website.
• Event details you provide for your invitation — names, dates, venue, photos, and music you upload.
• Guest information submitted through your invitation's RSVP form (name, phone, attendance, guest count, and any message left) — this is collected on your behalf and is visible to you in your admin or customer panel.

How We Use It

• To build, host, and maintain your invitation website.
• To communicate with you about your order, updates, or support requests.
• To send password-reset and account-access emails for your admin or customer panel login.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell your data or your guests' RSVP data to third parties. Guest RSVP information collected through your invitation belongs to you and is used only to run your event's site.

Data Storage

Your event details, photos, and RSVP data are stored securely on our hosting infrastructure for as long as your invitation site is active, plus a reasonable period after your event for you to retrieve information.
